Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Coordinator located at our Pune Division. The Office Coordinator will oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, manage office equipment, and handle incoming calls with professionalism. They will also provide exceptional customer service, coordinate office activities, manage schedules, and ensure the smooth functioning of the office environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and experience with managing office operations
- Strong Phone Etiquette and expertise in operating Office Equipment
- Customer Service experience with a focus on resolving inquiries efficiently
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, organize workloads effectively, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
