Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Office Associate role based in Hyderabad. The Office Associate will handle daily office administration activities, including maintaining records, organizing files, and supporting scheduling and calendar management. This role will assist with front-desk operations, greet visitors, manage phone and email inquiries, and provide responsive customer service to internal and external stakeholders. The Office Associate will support basic accounting-related tasks such as invoice tracking, expense documentation, and coordinating with the finance team. The position also involves preparing reports, drafting routine correspondence, coordinating office supplies and vendors, and collaborating with different teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and professional email etiquette.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including scheduling, documentation, record management, and coordination of office activities.
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, support visitors, and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Basic Accounting skills such as handling invoices, expense tracking, and supporting financial documentation.
- Comfort with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and ability to learn new office software quickly.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a professional, inclusive workplace demeanor.
- Prior experience in an office support or administrative role is preferred; a diploma or degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
