Hiring | Office Associate/Executive Assistant (Hybrid Role | Mumbai)

Role Description:
Not all roles are about “managing calendars.” Some are about creating clarity in someone else’s chaos.
I’m looking for a detail-oriented Executive Assistant who is as comfortable managing schedules as they are navigating conversations, priorities, and digital platforms.
This is a hybrid EA + PA role, ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure to how decisions are actually made behind the scenes.
➡️ What you’ll be doing:
- Managing calendar, meetings, and day-to-day scheduling
- Coordinating appointments and follow-ups
- Supporting LinkedIn and Instagram presence
- Bringing order to moving pieces (and there will be many)
➡️ Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong command over English (BA English or similar preferred)
- Highly organised, responsive, and discreet
- Someone who enjoys structure but, can also adapt when things shift
- Based in Mumbai and open to a hybrid working model
