Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Office Associate position located in Bengaluru. The Office Associate will handle administrative support tasks such as scheduling, document management, and communication coordination, asset management, vendor handling for all the branches (HRBR and HSR Branch). Additional responsibilities include maintaining an organized and efficient office environment. The role requires strong multitasking abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving to support the daily operations of the company.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with team members, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in administrative assistance and office administration, including scheduling, document management, Asset management and organizational tasks.
- Experience in vendor service to handle inquiries and maintain positive client relationships.
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- High levels of professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Prior experience in an office administration role is advantageous.
