Job Title: Office Executive (Construction)
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented candidate to handle office work along with basic procurement activities. The ideal candidate should have some experience in the construction field and be able to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office operations and documentation
Assist in procurement of construction materials
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
Maintain records of purchases, invoices, and stock
Follow up on orders and deliveries
Support site and office coordination work
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of procurement processes
Experience in construction industry preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, etc.)
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
