Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Associate located in Hyderabad. The Office Associate will handle daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, managing office operations, providing administrative assistance, and maintaining office records. Additional responsibilities include interacting with clients and team members to deliver exceptional customer service, supporting accounting tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with office protocols.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills for engaging with clients and team members effectively.
- Proficiency in administrative assistance and office administration tasks such as scheduling, organizing, and record-keeping.
- Knowledge or experience in accounting, including basic financial record-keeping or billing support.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a high level of organization and accuracy.
- Familiarity with office software, tools, and basic systems; knowledge of industry-specific tools is a plus.
- Relevant educational background or certification in business administration, office management, or a related field.
