Role Description The Office Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for supporting smooth daily operations in the office. This role includes managing front-desk activities, greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate teams. The Office Associate will assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining office supplies, coordinating courier and mail services, and supporting basic document preparation and record-keeping. The role also involves assisting with vendor coordination, helping with basic accounting or expense tracking tasks as needed, and providing general administrative support to multiple departments. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external visitors.
- Experience in office administration and administrative assistance, including managing calendars, documents, and office supplies.
- Customer service skills to handle inquiries, support employees and visitors, and ensure a positive office experience.
- Basic understanding of accounting or finance-related tasks, such as invoice handling, expense tracking, or petty cash management.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and comfort learning new digital tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Hyderabad and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in an office support, coordination, or administrative role is preferred; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in any discipline is an advantage.
