Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Associate located in Hyderabad. The Office Associate will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining office organization, providing customer service support, handling basic accounting tasks, and managing office communications. Additional responsibilities will include assisting with record-keeping, scheduling, and addressing queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with team members and external partners
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks, including scheduling and record management
- Knowledge of basic Accounting principles and familiarity with handling office financial records
- Proficiency in organizational and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in standard office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
