Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Associate located in Hyderabad. The Office Associate will handle daily administrative tasks including office coordination, supporting accounting activities, managing office communications, and providing customer service. The role also involves assisting with general office management to ensure a smooth and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage internal and external correspondence professionally
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to ensure efficient daily operations
- Customer Service experience to handle inquiries and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of Accounting principles to support financial-related tasks
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and familiarity with office equipment
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to diverse responsibilities
- Experience in a similar administrative role and a degree in Business Administration or related fields is a plus
