Role Description

We are seeking an Office Associate for a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad. The Office Associate will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, supporting office operations, providing excellent customer service, maintaining records, and assisting with accounting functions. Additional duties include managing office supplies, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Competence in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration for managing schedules, records, and office processes.
  • Basic Accounting skills for handling invoices, transactions, and maintaining financial records.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in administrative or office roles is a plus.
  • Graduate degree or equivalent educational qualification preferred.
