Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for an Office Associate at Cognine Technologies. The Office Associate will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, provide customer support, assist in accounting processes, and ensure efficient office operations. Responsibilities include maintaining records, supporting team members, handling inquiries, and contributing to a productive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills to manage schedules, organize files, and maintain operational efficiency.
- Basic knowledge of Accounting and financial processes for managing invoices, expense reports, and budget tracking.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in office software and tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
