Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Associate located in Gurugram. The Office Associate will handle administrative duties, provide customer service support, assist in managing office operations, and contribute to basic accounting tasks. The role will involve maintaining office documentation, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily office activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and teams.
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage operations and daily office tasks seamlessly.
- Basic skills in Accounting for handling routine financial and bookkeeping tasks.
- Proficiency in organizational skills, problem-solving, and time management.
- Knowledge of standard office tools and software, such as MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in office-related roles is a plus but not mandatory.
