We are looking for a smart, energetic, and well-organized Office Assistant to support our Sales Team. This is a desk-based role requiring strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with the sales team for daily reports and updates
• Preparing and maintaining sales reports, Excel sheets, and documentation
• Coordinating with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients regarding orders, payments, debit notes, credit notes, and documentation
• Coordinating with factory and dispatch team for smooth order processing and deliveries
• Sending professional emails, letters, payment reminders, and follow-ups
• Maintaining proper filing and records of distributor contracts and other important documents
• Acting as a bridge between internal teams and clients
• Supporting sales activities through phone communication and coordination
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
• Confident while speaking, especially on phone calls
• Experience in writing professional emails and letters
• Well-versed with computers, especially Excel, emails, and basic documentation
• Knowledge of FMCG industry preferred
• Experience in dealing with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Disciplined, punctual, organized, and responsible
• Energetic, hardworking, and willing to learn and grow
Experience in sales coordination, marketing support, or office administration will be preferred.
