Job Type: Full-time (On-site)
Role Description:
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and responsible candidate to support the CEO in daily activities, coordination, and basic reporting. The role involves working closely with different teams, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO in daily tasks and follow-ups
- Prepare reports and handle data using MS-Excel
- Coordinate with different departments for updates
- Schedule meetings and manage the CEO’s calendar
- Maintain documents, records, and basic presentations
- Support during meetings and prepare Minutes-of-Meeting (MOM)
- Travel with CEO as and when required
Requirements:
- Graduate (any stream)
- Good knowledge of Excel (advanced level preferred)
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Odia (read, write and speak)
- Smart, presentable, and well-organized
- Basic understanding of technology and tools
- Ability to manage schedules and multitask
- Willing to learn and take responsibility in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to travel as required with the CEO
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Experience:
- 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
