Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Office Assistant role located in sowcarpet Chennai. The Office Assistant will handle daily administrative and clerical tasks to maintain smooth office operations. Responsibilities include managing phone calls, maintaining records, organizing schedules, and ensuring office equipment is functioning properly. Additionally, the role requires providing support to team members and assisting with day-to-day office activities as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and professional communication skills
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, such as organizing records and data entry
- Experience in handling Office Equipment and ensuring its proper functioning
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients effectively
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks efficiently, and work independently
- Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
