Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Office Assistant, based in Raipur with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Office Assistant will handle administrative tasks such as managing office records, organizing schedules, and maintaining office supplies. Additional responsibilities include communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, managing incoming calls, and overseeing the proper use of office equipment to ensure a seamless workflow.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including organizing files, maintaining records, and supporting general office operations
- Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills for professional interaction with team members and clients
- Knowledge of using Office Equipment, such as computers, printers, and other related tools
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with standard office software such as word processing and spreadsheets
- High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in office administration being a plus
