About the Role
We are hiring for multiple Office Assistant and Administration Support positions to strengthen our day-to-day operations. These roles are ideal for freshers, students, and early-career candidates who want to build practical experience in office coordination, communication, and administration.
- You will be a key part of keeping our office running smoothly — handling calls, managing records, supporting scheduling, and coordinating operational activities across the team.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and basic coordination tasks
- Maintain records, files, and documentation accurately
- Support data entry and back-office processing activities
- Assist with scheduling, follow-ups, and calendar management
- Support general office administration and facility coordination
- Coordinate operational updates and inter-team communication
What We're Looking For
Required Skills:
- Basic computer proficiency
- Basic English communication skills — written and spoken
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Sheets
- Organized, punctual, and professional work approach
- Good coordination and interpersonal communication skills
