Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Office Assistant role based in New Delhi. The Office Assistant will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, such as handling correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring the smooth operation of office equipment. Responsibilities include managing phone calls with proper etiquette, providing clerical support, and assisting in organizing files, records, and other documents. The role also requires effective communication with colleagues and clients to ensure efficient workflow across teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills
- Expertise in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Experience in handling and maintaining Office Equipment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer literacy, including knowledge of office software
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
- Previous experience in office administration is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required
