Position: Office Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office administrative work efficiently.
- Maintain records, files, and official documents properly.
- Prepare reports, letters, and data entries in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Manage emails, phone calls, and office correspondence.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow.
- Maintain attendance, office registers, and documentation.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
- Ensure proper management of office supplies and stationery.
- Support senior officials in administrative and operational tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Typing speed of 35–40 WPM required.
- Proficiency in MS Excel with formulas (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, IF Formula, Basic Reporting, etc.).
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of office documentation and record keeping.
