Role Description
The Office Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day office operations, coordinating administrative tasks, maintaining office equipment, handling phone and email correspondence, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves assisting with scheduling and ensuring smooth communication within and outside the office, creating a well-organized and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and ability to effectively manage office workflows
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and proficiency in handling office equipment
- Experience in Customer Service and building positive client relationships
- Proven Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Organizational skills and attention to detail are essential
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and office productivity software
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic, on-site work environment
