About the role

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Mumbai office. This is a hands-on role combining administrative support, guest interaction, and general office upkeep.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office (pantry, meeting rooms, common areas)
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinate with external vendors (cleaning, maintenance, deliveries)
  • Support the team with day-to-day operational tasks
  • Ensure the office remains well-organized and presentable at all times


Requirements

  • Previous experience in office support, administration, hospitality, or similar role
  • Good communication skills and a polite, service-oriented attitude
  • Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with hands-on tasks and multitasking
  • Basic understanding of office operations
