About the Role
We are looking for a smart, organised, and proactive Office Administrator / Secretary to Director to join our team at ACC Rating and Credit Advisors Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad. This is a key support role that will work closely with the Director, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing communications, and handling administrative responsibilities with professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments efficiently
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence — emails, letters, and calls — on behalf of the Director
Prepare reports, presentations, minutes of meetings, and official documents as required
Maintain confidential files, records, and databases in an organised manner
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, clients, and regulatory bodies
Handle travel arrangements, logistics, and event coordination for the Director
Support general office administration, manage office supplies, and liaise with vendors
Who We're Looking For
Graduate in any discipline (BBA / B.Com / BA preferred)
1–4 years of relevant experience in an administrative or secretarial role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic internet tools
High level of discretion, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive information
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
Candidate based in Ahmedabad or willing to relocate preferred
