Role Description JD
• Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to policies (school related, social welfare)
• Coordinate and support school functions and events
• Interact with local vendors to ensure timely support
• Supervise administrative staff / housekeeping staff/ Security staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
• Manage agendas/appointments for the Management and Principal
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
• Track stocks of office supplies and consumables and place orders when necessary
• Follow the fee structure, collection and follow up
• Submit timely reports
• Overall safety and well-being of students
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Office Administration skills, including organizing files, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records.
- Candidates should possess Administrative Assistance skills, such as supporting staff, handling documentation, and coordinating routine office tasks.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using Office Equipment, including computers, printers, scanners, and basic office software.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with students’ families, visitors, and team members.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational or non-profit setting, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Mumbai, with a respectful, empathetic approach toward children with intellectual disabilities.
