Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Office Administrator role based in Mumbai. The Office Administrator will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, oversee office operations, maintain office equipment, and provide support to staff. Qualifications
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks such as scheduling, organization, and documentation.
- Proficiency in using Office Equipment and managing office supplies.
- Strong Communication skills for effective internal and external correspondence.
- Proven Customer Service experience with a focus on professionalism and problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with office software and tools (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- Additional experience in managing events or coordinating team activities is a plus.
