Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Administrative Assistant to manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to the HR team. The candidate will ensure smooth office functioning by handling office supplies, coordination tasks, attendance management support, and general administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle daily office administration and coordination activities
Maintain office supplies and ensure timely procurement of required materials
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related requirements
Maintain office records, files, and documents
Support HR team in attendance management and maintaining attendance records
Assist in employee onboarding documentation and administrative formalities
Manage courier, stationery, and other office-related activities
Coordinate meetings, travel bookings, and appointments when required
Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the office premises
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Requirement
0–1 years of experience in Administration / Office Coordination
Good communication and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and manage routine office activities efficiently
