Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Administrator located in Coimbature. The Office Administrator will oversee daily office operations, manage office equipment, handle administrative tasks, do basic accounting, follow up with customer for payments and provide support to ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace. Responsibilities also include organizing meetings, maintaining records, collaborating with teams to ensure operational efficiency, and liaising with clients and other external parties to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance to ensure operational processes are well-organized and efficient.
- Proficiency with Office Equipment and related tools to manage and maintain office resources effectively.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively and display strong organizational skills in managing schedules, records, and meetings.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, record-keeping systems).
- Previous experience in office administration or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while managing multiple tasks.
