Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Office Administrator role based in Jaipur. The Office Administrator will manage daily office operations, oversee office equipment, handle administrative tasks, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining organized records, ensuring efficient office functionality, managing communication flow, and supporting the team to optimize operational performance. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Office Administration and Administrative Assistance, including managing schedules and office tasks
- Knowledge of using and maintaining Office Equipment
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure effective interaction with clients and team members
- Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and solve problems efficiently
- Proficiency in office software applications such as MS Office
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in office administration or a related field are a plus
- Relevant work experience in office administration or a similar role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
