Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Office Administrator role based in Hyderabad. The Office Administrator will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, oversee office equipment, ensure efficient office operations, and maintain records and documentation. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments, assisting with customer queries, and ensuring effective communication between internal and external parties. The role also involves providing exceptional support to the team to enable a smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
- Proficiency in managing and operating Office Equipment
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Customer Service and addressing client or stakeholder concerns
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools
- A high level of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in office management or administrative work is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
