About the Role
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Office Administrator who can efficiently manage office operations and handle workplace challenges with confidence. The ideal candidate should be solution-oriented, energetic, and capable of maintaining smooth coordination between office and field activities.
This role requires someone who can take ownership, manage office chaos calmly, coordinate field work whenever required, and ensure operational efficiency across departments.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
· Handle administrative tasks including documentation, records, vendor coordination, and office maintenance.
· Coordinate with internal teams for operational support and issue resolution.
· Maintain office discipline, professionalism, and workplace organization.
· Monitor office supplies, pantry, stationery, housekeeping, and facility requirements.
· Coordinate meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and office events.
· Handle employee support activities and basic HR coordination when required.
· Manage communication with vendors, clients, courier agencies, and external stakeholders.
· Resolve day-to-day office challenges proactively and efficiently.
· Perform field work as and when required for operational tasks, vendor visits, document collection/submission, coordination meetings, and other office-related activities.
· Support management in operational planning and execution.
· Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth coordination between departments.
· Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all office matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, or related field.
· 2–3 years of experience in office administration or operations.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Smart, proactive, and solution-oriented personality.
· Ability to handle multitasking and work under pressure.
· Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
· Comfortable with field work and travelling for official tasks when required.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
· Strong ownership mindset and professional attitude.
