Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Office Administrator role located in Salem. The Office Administrator will manage day-to-day office operations, including handling administrative tasks, coordinating with various teams, and maintaining office equipment. Additional responsibilities include assisting with customer service, managing communications, and ensuring efficient office administration processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks
- Knowledge of operating and maintaining Office Equipment
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in standard office software and tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Previous administrative or office management experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
