Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain and organize filing systems (physical and digital)
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documents
- Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative tasks
- Ensure office policies and procedures are followed
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
- 2–5 years of experience in an administrative or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
