HR Manager
An HR Manager in India is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle—recruitment, compliance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and industrial relations—while ensuring adherence to Indian labour laws.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Hiring (job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, campus hiring)
- Managing employee onboarding & exit formalities
- Handling payroll coordination (PF, ESI, TDS deductions)
- Managing employee relations & grievance handling
- Drafting HR policies (leave, attendance, code of conduct)
- Performance appraisal and KPI systems
- Training & development programs
- Managing statutory compliance & audits
- Daily Attendance record sharing with managing director
🎯 Required Skills
- Strong communication (English + regional language often preferred)
- Knowledge of Indian labour laws
- Payroll and compliance understanding (PF, ESI, gratuity)
- Conflict resolution and negotiation
- HR software/tools (SAP HR, Zoho HR, Keka, etc.)
- Leadership and team management
🎓 Qualifications (India)
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BCom, BA)
- Preferred: MBA in HR / PGDM in HR

Visa Filing Executive / Office Admin
We are seeking a detail-focused Visa Filing Executive / Office Admin to manage visa applications, documentation, and office coordination. This role is critical in ensuring accurate filing, compliance, and smooth client experience.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
📂 Visa Filing & Documentation
- Prepare and lodge visa applications (Australia, Canada, UK, Schengen, etc.)
- Check and verify client documents (passports, financials, SOPs, forms)
- Ensure accuracy in forms and submissions
- Track application progress and follow up with clients
- Maintain organised digital and physical files
- Assist in drafting basic cover letters and submission notes
🏢 Office Administration
- Handle client communication (calls, emails, walk-ins)
- Schedule appointments and consultations
- Maintain CRM and update client records
- Manage office supplies and basic admin tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams (consultants, marketing, accounts)
⚖️ Compliance & Quality
- Ensure applications meet requirements of authorities like the
- Department of Home Affairs
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Follow internal SOPs and quality standards
🧠 Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail (critical for visa filing)
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously
- Basic understanding of visa processes (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office & CRM systems
- Customer-focused attitude
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years experience in visa consultancy / admin role preferred
