HaystackAnalytics is a healthtech company spun out of IIT Bombay, developing products and technology platforms to make NGS-based clinical solutions affordable and accessible to diagnostic laboratories and hospitals worldwide.
We are a global innovator with products like TB-WGS and infexn-NGS, both of which are patented technologies from HaystackAnalytics that are disrupting diagnostics and improving patient outcomes in their respective domains. We are also developing an AI platform for human genomics, identifi-NGS, which is designed to bring a patient's genetic context to hospitals, doctors, and customers to enable personalized therapy and better outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Facility & Infrastructure Support
- Ensure maintenance of lab infrastructure, including fumigation and cleaning schedules.
- Coordinate AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and repair visits.
- Track utility logs (temperature, electricity, etc.).
System Maintenance & Downtime Management
- Maintain servers, storage systems, and network infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues.
- Respond to failures and downtime incidents to restore operations promptly.
Inventory & Vendor Coordination
- Track reagents, consumables, and stock levels.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement and timely delivery.
- Maintain inventory logs and manage expiry tracking.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate or Postgraduate (any discipline).
- 1–2 years of experience in a diagnostic lab or healthcare setup.
Competencies
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Awareness of data security practices.
- Strong documentation practices and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of NABL requirements.
- Ability to solve problems under pressure.
- Basic IT hardware knowledge preferred.
