Job Title: Office Admin & HR
Location: Nashik Phata, Bhosari
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Admin & HR Executive to manage daily office operations and handle basic HR functions. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:Office Administration:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and client communication professionally
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation (physical & digital)
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and client visits
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and vendor coordination
- Assist senior staff with administrative tasks
- Maintain confidentiality of office and client information
HR Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Manage onboarding and exit formalities
- Track attendance, leaves, and employee database
- Coordinate with accounts team for salary processing
- Ensure HR policies and office discipline are followed
- Address employee queries and basic HR compliance
Coordination & Reporting:
- Coordinate between staff, management, and clients
- Maintain proper documentation and records
- Prepare basic reports related to HR and administration
Required Skills:- Good communication skills (English, Marathi, Hindi preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling)
- Good organizational and multitasking ability
Preferred Qualification:- Graduate (B.Com / BBA / HR / Administration or similar field)
