  • Key Responsibilities

Procurement (Primary)

Handle end-to-end purchasing of materials (electronics, fabrication, components)

Source vendors, compare quotations & negotiate pricing

Issue Purchase Orders and track deliveries

Coordinate with warehouse for GRN & inventory

Maintain purchase records & vendor coordination


  • Administration (Secondary)

Manage office & factory admin operations

Handle facility, assets, logistics & dispatch

Support HR onboarding & vendor services (AMC)


Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Admin Executive/Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day office operations, manage administrative tasks, support leadership with executive assistance, and coordinate internal communication. They will ensure the smooth functioning of the office by managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing meetings, and maintaining a professional and efficient work environment.


Qualifications

  • Expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance with the ability to handle scheduling, correspondence, and coordination with multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong General Administration skills, including office management, record-keeping, and adherence to organizational protocols.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills for building positive relationships with team members, vendors, and clients.
  • Exceptional Communication abilities, both oral and written, ensuring clarity and efficiency in interactions within the organization and with external parties.
  • Proven ability to work independently, multitask, and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in office software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar productivity tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
