Company Description
Key Responsibilities – Office Admin
- Manage housekeeping and overall office maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors for stationery, pantry supplies, and repair services.
- Monitor and maintain adequate stock of office supplies.
- Track and maintain records of company assets (laptops, desktops, etc.).
- Coordinate equipment repairs and periodic servicing.
- Handle courier dispatch and receipt management.
- Maintain records of bills, invoices, and office-related expenses.
- File and organize agreements, contracts, and other official documents.
Location - Mahalaxmi Nagar
Timings - 8:30 AM to 7 PM
Work Days - Monday to Saturday
