Role Description
The Offensive Security Lead will be responsible for leading penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and red teaming exercises to identify and mitigate potential security risks. This full-time, on-site role is located in Bengaluru and involves developing offensive security strategies, executing security tests on network, application, and physical systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address identified vulnerabilities. The role also requires staying updated on the latest security threats and developing mitigation techniques to enhance overall information security practices.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Cybersecurity and Information Security methodologies, practices, and tools.
- Strong skills in Network Security and Physical Security, including identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities.
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams and present findings clearly.
- Experience conducting penetration tests, red teaming, and vulnerability assessments.
- Knowledge of relevant security frameworks, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Certifications such as OSCP, CEH, CISSP, or equivalent are advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with security tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, and Wireshark is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field.
