Candidate Requirements (response within 24 to 48 hours):
- 3–4 years of hands-on off-page SEO experience
- You have personally built backlinks that moved a website to the Top 3 / page 1 of Google
- Manual outreach and guest posting experience — you know where good links come from
- You know spammy links when you see them, and you refuse them
- Comfortable with Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz or similar
