We’re Hiring: Off-Page SEO Executive – Backlinks & Outreach

EduDelphi is looking for a dedicated Off-Page SEO Executive to support our SEO growth through backlinks, outreach, guest posting, link insertions, digital partnerships, directory listings, and off-page SEO campaigns.
This is not a general social media or content role. The role is mainly focused on backlink building, outreach, SEO research, tracking, follow-ups, and organic growth execution.
We are looking for someone who is consistent, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely with regular reporting and daily execution.
Role and ResponsibilitiesAs an Off-Page SEO Executive, you will work on:
- Finding relevant websites, blogs, education portals, directories, forums, and industry platforms for backlink opportunities.
- Conducting outreach for guest posts, link insertions, collaborations, listings, resource pages, and digital partnerships.
- Building and maintaining outreach sheets with website details, contact information, domain metrics, outreach status, follow-ups, and live links.
- Researching competitor backlinks to identify new link-building opportunities.
- Supporting off-page SEO campaigns for EduDelphi’s course pages, blogs, and landing pages.
- Identifying guest posting and content collaboration opportunities.
- Coordinating with the content team for guest post topics, target pages, and anchor text requirements.
- Tracking live backlinks and monitoring outreach progress.
- Checking backlink quality based on relevance, authority, traffic, spam score, placement context, and do-follow/no-follow status.
- Preparing regular reports on outreach progress, live links, backlink quality, and campaign performance.
RequirementsWe would like to hear from you if you have:
- Prior experience or strong understanding of off-page SEO, backlinks, guest posting, outreach, and link building.
- Good written communication skills for outreach and follow-ups.
- Ability to research websites and organize information clearly.
- Comfort using Google Sheets or Excel for tracking.
- Understanding of do-follow/no-follow links, anchor text, link relevance, and backlink quality.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Consistency with follow-ups, reporting, and daily execution.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Ubersuggest, Moz, Hunter.io, Apollo, Screaming Frog, or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Previous experience with backlink outreach, guest posting, SEO sheets, link-building reports, or off-page SEO campaigns will be preferred.
