Envertiz Consultancy is looking to recruit an experienced and dedicated OET Trainer. The job involves direct contact with candidates. The ideal candidate will deliver top-tier training to healthcare professionals preparing for the Occupational English Test (OET). This includes developing course content, conducting assessments, and delivering both online and classroom-based instruction across all four OET modules -Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
Your Role:
- Deliver high-quality OET training across all four modules — Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking
- Develop and refine course content, assessments, and learning materials
- Identify language proficiency gaps and provide personalised, targeted support
- Plan and manage training schedules, enrolment, and associated logistics
- Analyse training effectiveness and continuously improve delivery methods
Education & credentials:
- Bachelor's in English, Education, Linguistics, or Healthcare
- CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, or OET Trainer Certification preferred
Experience:
- 1–3 years as an OET or English trainer
- Experience with healthcare professionals is a strong advantage
- Qualified nurses with English training background welcome
Technical skills:
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Experience with digital learning platforms
- Familiarity with OET-specific delivery tools
Soft skills:
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Strong public speaking & presentation skills
- Motivating, encouraging, and candidate-focused
