About the role

We are looking for a Head of HR India and Associated Countries. As a core member of the APAC HR team as well as the key country India management team, the position holder will provide fundamental contribution to the business growth from people side, which includes HR partnership with the business and provide people solutions according to the business needs. The Head of HR IN and Associated is providing the support the HR colleagues from Associated Countries from process standardization perspective and also ensure the best practice shared across the countries Your Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall HR management in India and Associated Countries for Oerlikon Surface Solutions, which consists of: Work closely with Key Country India Management teams and global/regional HR teams Ensure on time and qualified hiring Build up talent pipeline and succession plans HR policy in place meeting the legislation requirement Maintain/improve the employee engagement level Organizational development to meet future business needs HR partnership in providing the HR solutions to the business leaders Compensation & Benefits management Performance Management Training and development management Talent management HR Project implementation and coordination Other day to day HR operational tasks Your Profile: Bachelor or above degree in HR management or the related major Minimum 8 years HR generalist experience (preferably from the high-tech industrialization, international companies) Ability to influence / work together with key stakeholders to drive implementation of HR strategic initiatives Strong Communication skills across all levels of the organization, both internally and externally Understands group dynamics and individual needs. Knows how to motivate and engage people in a matrix organization A hands-on, positive, pragmatic, flexible and results-driven person with a high level of energy as well as the ability to meet multiple and tight timelines Strong Business Acumen Strong Teamwork Self-motivated and Proactive Good Communication Skill Good Analytical Skill Demonstrated Good Interpersonal Skill Good Planning Good English both oral and writing Willingness to travel, approx. 20%-30% of time
