- Identify, onboard, and develop suppliers for heavy equipment spare parts (OEM & aftermarket)
- Source parts based on technical specifications, urgency, and customer requirements
- Manage RFQs, negotiations, and purchase orders to ensure cost-effective procurement
- Build strong vendor relationships and ensure consistent quality, pricing, and delivery
- Explore alternate sourcing options for hard-to-find or critical components
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and reduce downtime
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delays or quality
- Maintain sourcing data, vendor database, and pricing benchmarks using ERP/tools
Requirements
Graduation
Sales / Sourcing Experience in OEM
