About the Role
We’re expanding our Healthcare & Business Equipment Financing franchise and looking for a sharp Program Manager to own all OEM relationships nationally.
Responsibilities
- Manage OEM partnerships across Healthcare (MRI/CT/US/X‑Ray) & Business Equipment (Printing, Packaging, CNC, Laser, Molding)
- Drive Joint Business Plans, lead funnels, demo programs, rate cards
- Build strong OEM → Bank lead engines
- Enable field teams with OEM trainings, product decks & GTM campaigns
- Track OEM performance, SLAs & funnel conversions
Qualifications
- 5–7 years’ OEM management experience (MUST)
- Exposure to medical devices or industrial equipment
Required Skills
- Strong stakeholder & program management skills
- High‑energy operator who can work cross‑functionally
Preferred Skills
- B. Pharma + MBA (added advantage)
