🔹 Position: OE Sales (Senior Executive / Assistant Manager)
📍 Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
🎓 Qualification: BE / MBA
🧠 Experience: 5 – 7 Years
🏭 Industry: Automobile / OEM Sales
🔹 Key Skills & Competencies
• Knowledge of proprietary products – Gaskets / Heat Shield
• Exposure to Passenger Car / Tractor / Construction Equipment / Power Gen / Compressors / 2W / EV segments
• Result-driven individual with strong target orientation
• Strong negotiation & new business development skills
• Understanding of manufacturing process & costing (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal & stakeholder management skills
🔹 Job Responsibilities
• New Business Development – Domestic OEM (Identify, pursue & finalize)
• Market scanning, data collection & technology intelligence (Gaskets)
• Generate RFQs & evaluate suitability
• Coordinate with customers & cross-functional teams
• Customer visits for project tracking & competitor analysis
• Review LOI, contracts & suggest business-aligned changes
• Handle customer interface for samples, proto & PPAP submission
🔹 Strategy & Expectations
• Strong business acumen to understand market potential
• Define Go-To-Market strategy with opportunities & risks
• Build strong RFQ funnel with 30% strike rate year-on-year
• Protect existing domestic business & track technology shifts
• Grow business through new RFQs with existing & new customers
