Opportunity
We are hiring an Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge of Odoo modules along with hands-on technical skills to configure, customize, and support end-to-end Odoo implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and map them to Odoo workflows
- Configure standard Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.)
- Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python, XML, and Odoo ORM - Support integrations, testing, deployment, and user training
- Provide ongoing functional and technical support
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Odoo techno‑functional experience
- Strong skills in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript
- Good understanding of business processes and ERP workflows
- Excellent communication and client‑handling skills Preferred
- Experience in Real Estate, Trading, Retail, Manufacturing or Service industries
- Knowledge of Odoo.sh, APIs, and version migrations
