Grow Your Staff is looking for an Odoo Techno Functional Consultant for a leading ERP solutions provider based in the UK. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity for candidates based in India.
The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in the UK.
Experience: 5-7 years
Time: 12:30 PM to 12:30 AM IST (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday)
Location: Remote

Responsibilities
- Gather and understand client requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions.
- Gather and document client business requirements, perform process mapping, and convert findings into functional/technical documentation.
- Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python, including workflows, reports, and integrations.
- Configure Odoo based on business processes and support implementation, testing, migration, and troubleshooting.
- Work directly with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Provide second-line support via helpdesk for client issues.
- Participate in client demos/presales with Business Development, where needed.
- Perform customer data imports into Odoo, including data cleansing, validation, transformation, and documentation of mapping processes.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience with Odoo, including strong hands-on experience with Python and Odoo development.
- Strong understanding of Odoo architecture, modules, customization, and configuration.
- Experience in Odoo functional consulting, requirement gathering, and business process analysis.
- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Understanding of business processes across Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Purchase, Manufacturing, or HR.
- Experience working with Odoo implementation/migration projects and international clients.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work the specified Saturday-Monday schedule aligned with the UK team.
