Job Title: Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant
Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant & Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementations, manage client engagements, and deliver scalable business solutions using Odoo. The role requires a blend of functional expertise, technical knowledge, and strong project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complete Odoo ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering to go-live.
- Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Gather and analyze business requirements .
- Map business processes to Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
- Work closely with developers for customization and integration.
- Understand Odoo architecture, modules, and workflows.
- Review technical solutions to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Manage third-party integrations (APIs, payment gateways, etc.).
- Manage expectations and handle escalations effectively.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement plans.
- Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.
- Maintain quality control across deliverables.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- ERP Certification (Preferred)
- 6–10+ years of experience in ERP/Odoo implementation
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong exposure to both functional and technical aspects of Odoo :
- Strong knowledge of Odoo modules and ERP workflows
- Basic understanding of Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo framework
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Project delivery within timeline and budget
- Successful go-live rate
- Issue resolution turnaround time
- Team productivity and utilization
Tools & Technologies:- Odoo ERP (Community / Enterprise)
- Project management tools (JIRA, Asana, etc.)
