Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Odoo Specialist, based in Noida. The Odoo Specialist will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP solutions to meet organizational needs. Typical tasks include analyzing business requirements, improving workflows, developing custom modules, troubleshooting functional and technical issues, and providing support to end-users. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and optimal performance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Odoo framework, including module development, customization, and integration
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and experience in implementing Odoo in real-world business environments
• Experience with Python programming and knowledge of related libraries and tools
• Skills in database management, including PostgreSQL
• Proficiency in problem-solving, troubleshooting system issues, and providing user support
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements effectively
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with the green energy sector is an added advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
