We’re Hiring: Odoo Functional Consultant (1–5 Years)
📍 Bangalore | Remote
Are you someone who has worked on real Odoo implementations and can confidently handle clients, processes, and modules end-to-end? We’re looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant who can bridge business needs with practical ERP solutions.
💼 What You’ll Do
- Lead requirement gathering and map business workflows to Odoo
- Configure modules like Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, MRP, Accounting
- Prepare FRDs, process flows, and documentation
- Work closely with developers for customizations
- Handle UAT, client demos, training, and go-live support
- Manage change requests and enhancements
✅ What We’re Looking For
- 1–5 years of hands-on Odoo functional experience
- Minimum 2–3 end-to-end implementations
- Strong understanding of ERP workflows & business processes
- Experience in client interaction & independent handling
- Ability to configure modules without heavy developer dependency
- Good documentation and communication skills
⭐ Bonus If You Have
- Experience in Manufacturing / Trading domain
- Exposure to multi-company / multi-warehouse setups
- Accounting implementation experience
- Understanding of integrations (APIs)
⚠️ Not a Fit If
- You only have training / theoretical knowledge
- You are purely a technical developer without functional exposure
📍 Location & Joining
- Bangalore (Hybrid)
- Immediate joiners / up to 30 days notice preferred
