Job Title: Odoo Lead (Techno-Functional)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Lead (Techno-Functional) with 7+ years of experience in Odoo development and ERP implementations. The ideal candidate will lead Odoo customization, module development, integrations, migrations, and team mentoring while ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Odoo development, customization, and implementation projects.
- Develop and maintain custom Odoo modules using Python.
- Manage integrations, migrations, upgrades, and deployments.
- Perform code reviews and guide development teams.
- Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to deliver ERP solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize system performance.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of software development experience with strong Odoo expertise.
- Proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, Odoo ORM, and Odoo Framework.
- Experience with Odoo.sh, deployments, upgrades, and API integrations.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience in team management and technical mentoring.
